 Renee Forbes is pleased to introduce JELLYBEAN of Miami, Inc., her new signature plus-size clothing line for young girls. JELLYBEAN of Miami is an exquisitely stylish line of plus-size apparel created just for young girls that Forbes introduced at the MAGIC Marketplace trade show in Las Vegas. Even before that, she wowed a sales rep for specialty stores and major children’s clothing retailers in Florida and the Caribbean, who contracted to carry the JELLYBEAN line almost immediately. She has since added stores in California, New York, New Jersey, and North Carolina to her list of retailer. The JELLYBEAN of Miami, Inc. line features multiple fabric choices, ranging from casual sportswear to formal dresses, with accessories. Renee Forbes, designer and president of JELLYBEAN of Miami, Inc., holds degrees in accounting and fashion design, including post-graduate work at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. The decision to design a plus-size collection for young girls was inspired by frustrating shopping trips trying to find stylish, attractive clothing that properly fit her daughter, who is a well proportioned, but plus-size adolescent. “This company is a dream come true,” says Forbes. “My passion has always been fashion.” Forbes said finding a good selection of attractive, stylish, and age-appropriate clothing for her young daughter proved to be a challenge, in any price range. She found that little girls’ plus-size clothing options were limited, and often not as attractive as the clothing in smaller sizes. Soon she discovered that she was not alone in her frustration. Renee did a little research, and, unsatisfied with her findings, especially considering the need for a plus-size children’s clothing market, decided to design and manufacture her own line.

My daughter has always been off the charts... she's just going to be a tall/big girl. We cannot go into any "regular" store to buy clothes at this point and it is so upsetting to me and I'm sure her too. I was so desperate to find clothing for her...
I have finally found properly-fitting clothes for my plus-size daughter, that look like what all the others girls are wearing!
My niece is only 7 years old but she wears a size 16 ... I have not been able to find cute articles of clothing for her (that still look like a little girl's) and that are not 2 feet too long. I would love to buy her a few dresses and a few pair of pants.
I just read about the JELLYBEAN line today and want to commend you on your vision. Years ago my daughter, who is now 13, had a disease, and due to the disease was very heavy. We did all that we could to make her feel pretty, but clothes were very difficult to find.

I hope your clothing line is coming to my area. My daughter is nine-and-a-half and we have the hardest time finding age appropriate clothes that she likes and can be comfortable wearing.
