JELLYBEAN OF MIAMI, INC. Retail Sales (to the public) does not offer refunds due to our agreement with our wholesalers (retail stores) and our exceptionally low prices. However, if an item does not meet your needs, we will gladly exchange the merchandise.
All merchandise returned must follow these guidelines:
1. Merchandise must be shipped back within 14 days of receipt.
2. All merchandise must be in its original condition with tags still on the garment.
3. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed.
4. The customer is responsible for prepaying all return freight charges on all returns for exchanges.
Note: Please allow at least 7 - 10 days for processing all orders not including weekends and holidays.
WHOLESALES: 1. Our minimum opening order for clothing is $1000. 2. On all clothing orders, you must order a six-piece minimum per style, one per size. You may double up on whichever sizes you choose. 3. All orders are payable via credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. 4. Mis-shipments and damages must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. 5. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns that do not fall within the ten-day damage/mis-shipment category. 6. Order cancellations must be in writing to JELLYBEAN OF MIAMI, INC no later than thirty (30) days before the start of the ship window. 7. Proximity Exclusivity. JELLYBEAN OF MIAMI, INC offers brand exclusivity in writing to retailers who commit to purchasing a minimum of $10,000 per season. All territories are negotiated before agreed to. Any existing store’s JELLYBEAN OF MIAMI, INC Proximity Exclusivity (no competing store sold within a five mile radius) is only be protected as a direct result of that store’s commitment to JELLYBEAN OF MIAMI, INC. 8. Online Sales. Online sales of current season goods must be for full retail price. Sales of current season goods via online auctions are strictly prohibited. If a store is discovered selling Jellybean of Miami, Inc. goods on any auction site, they will be unable to purchase our brand in the future. This policy is strictly enforced and backed by our reps, who will be kept informed of any stores in their territory who have violated our selling policies. This policy is put in place to protect our retailers from the devaluation of our merchandise. By signing your order form, you understand that we are cutting according to the order for your store and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
